4rabet on a phone: a browser site, 1.2-second load, no store listing

We used 4rabet on an iPhone in Safari, and the mobile site is the only form of it we can describe. Tap the Apple or Android icon on its pages and you land on a store-lookalike page hosted on a different domain; neither Apple nor Google hosts it. We stayed with the browser version.
